A Dose of Reality
The opioid crisis in New Mexico is one that requires special attention and a highly organized website. The Dose of Reality team identified 3 needs (prevention, treatment, and recovery), each of these needs is presented on every page of the website allowing for quick, simple navigation between them. This also allows for content organization that does not require a huge menu.
In addition to well-organized content, we wanted to make sure that social media and blogging efforts are well represented. So, we added a blog feed and recent social media posts right to the home page.
We also considered the number of resources to be placed on the website. There are hundreds of collateral elements, location resources, and otherwise downloadable pieces that all need to be searchable and filterable. With this in mind, we integrated a system that anyone can use to find exactly the resource their looking for.
