LM Construction and Mechanical has nearly 20 years of service experience in the Santa Fe Area. Their company grew out of a property management’s in-house maintenance department that realized there was a genuine need for quality, reliable, and timely service for home maintenance in the area. It was no longer acceptable for tenants to not have same day service for leaky roofs or faucets, broken hot water heaters or ACs, or any other maintenance emergency or problem.
