The rigorous academic work at Southwestern College follows national standards for the Counseling and Art Therapy professions. The interwoven academic and experiential components include time for active self-reflection and integration of the learning, which is critical to completing the learning experience. We find that this approach leads ultimately to our students becoming extremely effective, licensed professionals and agents of personal and social change.
