Web Designer and Project Manager
As a southwest native, James has traveled the US working for theaters, nonprofit organizations, small business and as a freelance designer, developer, and photographer.
After spending time in New York, Seattle, Colorado and North Carolina, James decided to come back to the southwest with his partner Heather and make Santa Fe his home. He spends his time as an avid outdoorsman and enjoys Santa Fe for the easy access to hiking, camping, and nature. In his spare time, he likes to build motorcycles, eat good food, and play with his two dogs, Rigby and Shay.
Born in the Pacific Northwest Ira has been working in the fly fishing industry since college, as a guide, in sales as well as in a product development. During that time he would spend his evenings working on small personal websites, learning the basics of front-end development, but it wasn’t until he attempted to debug an employer’s website that he realized he was hooked and wanted to pursue it as a career.
What followed was a brief stint in Boston for a web development bootcamp before returning to the northwest and finally to Santa Fe. Apart from programming Ira spends most of his free time in the outdoors and it was Santa Fe’s close proximity to skiing, hiking, and fly fishing that drew him to the southwest.
After moving to Panama at the age of 12, Ryan began creating websites and web applications in his spare time for fun. Throughout his teen years, he spent his time as a programmer and developer in some of the online game development communities, focusing mainly on web development and server-side programming. Building on this experience as a “programmer by hobby”, he began to pursue his passion for developing websites and web applications professionally by collaborating with programmers and designers from all around the world.
Aside from his job as a programmer, Ryan enjoys playing music, hiking, running and playing chess. Here at Mindshare Labs, he looks forward to working in a fast paced environment and growing as a developer by working closely with other talented programmers and web developers.
Remy Zbel is a jack of all trades. She has worked as a housekeeper, a courier, a dump truck driver, a visitor assistant for both the National Park Service and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and most frequently as an administrative assistant. She has lived in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and now New Mexico. She makes large paintings in her small living room, enjoys comics, old movies, and experimental music.

Carolyn returned to her homeland of Santa Fe after years of bicoastal nomadism to pursue her web development passions. While starting a nonprofit related to soap, Shea butter, and Ghana, Carolyn made a web site, and discovered a love of code in the process that transcended her fair-trade organic soap-making interests.
Aside from programming, her current interests involve music, language, comic books, scenic landscapes, and how to combine all of those things to create a thought-provoking ambient game.
