Mindshare Labs is looking for a bright and personable individual to help us manage and run our office. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats. A sense of humor and the desire to work in a small, friendly office is a must!

On-the-job training will be provided as needed for the right candidate. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, possess a valid driver’s license, have the ability to problem solve and to work efficiently under pressure with a capability to function in a startup atmosphere.

job responsibilities

Answering phone calls
Managing calendars/events
Client relations
Editing and providing contracts to clients
Scanning & managing files in Google Drive
Invoicing and managing accounts, collection calls
Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Helping developers out with support requests (basic WordPress editing)
Running errands
Managing office supplies, helping out with dishes and coffee
General office support activities

job requirements

Tech savvy/quick learner, flexibility, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to work well with our team as well as clients and vendors.
Social media experience a plus.


$31,200 – $46,800 per year, depending on experience
9 days paid vacation (full-time employees)
1 week paid sick leave (full-time employees)
